This is a program through the Federation Center funded by a grant from Aflac. You will notice some changes from the version that was sent out several weeks ago. For anyone who has already applied, you do not need to submit a new application. David Houck has told me that none of the applications received so far have the accompanying doctor’s statement for them to be considered. If you are one of the applicants, you may want to check back with your doctor to be sure your statement is on its way. Once those statements are received, the committee can begin making a determination.
