you have trees which might fall on your property you may want to get
together with a family member, friend or find a local shelter.<br><br>Secure things on your property that might be blown around by winds up to 50 mph.<br><br>Have
a week's worth of non-perishable food, water and medications on hand in
case of electrical or water outages. It could take a few hours to a
few days to get your residence up and running, depending upon damages.<br><br>If your residence or property is damaged, get your insurance agent involved quickly so you can begin restoration.<br><br>If trees or power lines are down, do not venture out.<br><br>If
you need immediate help, contact Red Cross as they can help with food,
clothing or temporary shelter. If you need rescue call 911. Remember,
if winds are above 40 mph you may have to wait.<br><br>If you survived
Hurricane Hugo without damage, you might be OK. If you did not flood
during the 2015 flood, you may be OK. If you are unsure, do not take
