We are sorry to inform you of the death of Milton R. Tant of
Spartanburg. He died on Sept. 29. Mr. Tant was a student at the
School for the Blind from 1952 until his graduation on May 31,
1967.</span></p>

He held offices in the National Federation of the Blind which we
have been unable to clarify. He was chairman for the Blind License
Vendors. Mr. Tant was also a Past President of the Florence Evening
Lions Club. He was also an avid Clemson Tigers football fan.<br></span></p>

Services were held Oct. 3 at Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East
Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307. Interment followed in Greenlawn
Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC
29307.</span></p>
