<span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">"You can live the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back."

<span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">

<span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">

<span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Her main goal as Sumter chapter president is to do whatever it takes to improve the quality of life for blind people in general. That starts with encouraging family members of

<span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">

<span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">An initial stage often is denial and isolation, Canty said, but there are resources available to assist the blind and sight impaired.
