You do not need to make any changes or take any action. Please note this process change is regarding Lapsed and Expired—essentially flipping them from the previous process. This change is due to hidden code we discovered in the CiviCRM database that limits how the statuses automatically change. </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'> </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>Starting later this week, we will have a one-time update: those memberships currently listed as Expired (less than two years since they last paid dues) will be changed to Lapsed. And going forward, each year memberships that are in a status of Grace on January 31 will automatically change to Lapsed. Expired status will be for those who have been Lapsed for more than two years. This will all happen through an update process that runs automatically.
