Summer is a beehive of activity in the National Federation of the Blind as we attended and participated in the national convention. This was closely followed by the NFB of SC state convention, one of the first of the convention season. It made for a very busy time for Federationists in South Carolina. For those who were not able to attend the National Convention, Braille Monitor Editor Chris Danielsen did an outstanding job of providing information regarding convention happenings. While it was not possible to capture all in the first Braille Monitor after convention, additional articles will come forth in future editions.
