Her name is Pao and she has a 3 year old daughter, Genesis, with anophthalmia, the same eye condition as our daughter, Hope. I attached a photo and video below. The photo is of Genesis wearing a sweet pink dress with her legs crossed in a small preschool chair. The video is of Genesis eagerly pushing an AMD with great joy, perhaps for the first time.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;">Pao needs resources for Genesis, since they are very expensive in Peru. A slate/stylus is $70 there. Pao says she is learning Braille and studying to be a special ed assistant and hopes to help Genesis learn braille. </span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;">I\u2019m wondering if the NFB of SC would be willing to help this family by providing a Perkins braillewriter and/or maybe a SmartBrailler for Genesis.
