She will be working closely with David Houck who is Director of the Federation Center, and Tronda Anderson who is Special Projects Coordinator and the most recent winner of the Donald C. Capps Award. </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Shelley\u2019s responsibilities will include being in charge of leading our access technology instructors. She will maintain and increase the credentials they have so their students are offered the latest software and hardware available. In addition to strengthening our training program, she will also be working to expand our base of students referred to us for training. This will involve marketing and networking with businesses and agencies.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Shelly will be working out of the home office this week for orientation, training, and local appointments on behalf of FCB.
