Jan. 15: Ride RTA to free museums on MLK holiday
Monday, Jan. 15, is a federal holiday honoring Dr. Martin Luther King
Jr. RTA operates a regular weekday schedule, so students who may have
the day off have access to visit some of Cleveland's top museums. Hop
on the Waterfront Line to reach the Great Lakes Science Center or the
Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame. To reach museums near Wade Oval, ride the
HealthLine to the designated Museum Stations near Stokes Blvd. and
Stearns Road, and walk north on East Blvd.
Enhance your cultural knowledge at some of the best museums RTA can
connect you to!

>From Public Square, you can walk to the Convention Center, or ride the
free C-Line trolley. The home opener is April 6.

this year -- let RTA take you there!
2018: RTA service to Hopkins marks 50th anniversary
This year, RTA marks the 50th anniversary of Red Line service between
Downtown and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Nov. 15, 1968,
was an event that made national news, as Cleveland became the first
city in the Western Hemisphere to directly connect its downtown area
with an international airport. Today, the Red Line and the Airport
Station provide convenient, affordable transportation to employees at
this major hub, as well as tourists and businesspeople in Northeast
Ohio. Details of the celebration will be announced later.
Dozens of trips back and forth to the airport every day -- not bad for
a 50 year old, eh?
Follow RTA Code of Conduct to ensure safe riding
For your safety, RTA has established an easy-to-read Code of Conduct,
to help guide passenger actions, and help everyone on board have a
clean, safe trip. Misconduct on a public transit system is a crime. A
copy of the code can be found on every bus and rail car. Watch out for
others, stay safe, and enjoy your ride. Thanks for riding RTA.
Following RTA's Code of Conduct can help everyone have a safer, more
comfortable ride!
