Have you ever filed a complaint with the Department of Education’s Office
for Civil Rights (OCR)? If so, please complete our short survey by July 15 (
https://nfb.org/doe-ocr-survey). We need your help as we fight to reinstate
your rights to have more than one complaint investigated by OCR and to
appeal OCR decisions. For more information about the NFB’s action against
the Department of Education, please read President Riccobono’s recent blog (
