This is a reminder that OAPUB is having a contest about the importance of
Braille. Please write a 1 page, or less document explaining why Braille is
important to you. This can be a poem, essay, fictional story... Email it to
me at marianne at denningweb.com. If you prefer to provide a Braille document
you can send it to: Marianne Denning, 835 Carini Lane, Cincinnati, OH
45218. We want to use all entries to encourage our Braille learners. This
is not for professional writers, but anyone who knows Braille has made a
difference in their lives.

Once again everyone is still healthy this week and that is Great!
Be careful, this is still flu season. Keep your hands washed, eat

National Federation of the Blind of Cleveland

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create
obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life
you want; blindness is not what holds you back.
