Bus customers: please complete a brief survey

RTA asks all bus customers to take this brief customer satisfaction
survey, available through May 6. We’re participating in a nationwide
research program with the American Bus Benchmarking Group, and your
responses provide a measure of customer service and identify areas in
need of improvement.
