Dear Concerned Ohioan:

Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is proposing changes to an
OOD administrative rule. The reason for the proposed rule changes are to
increase the rates of the current VR Fee Schedule and to provide additional
incentives for service providers. The notice of public hearing and a copy of
the proposed rule and the proposed VR Fee Schedule are enclosed/attached.

In the written version of this rule, the new language is underlined. The
notice of public hearing, the proposed rule and the VR Fee Schedule are
available in an electronic Word Format, and also in regular or large print,
if needed as a reasonable accommodation.

OOD is providing this information so that any interested persons or groups
may review it before the public hearing that will be held on Monday, August
5, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the OOD Roger Flint Conference Room, 150 East
Campus View Blvd., Columbus, Ohio. Anyone may comment on the proposal either
by attending the hearing, or by submitting comments in writing to Kevin
Miller, Executive Director, before the public hearing date.
