1: The date of the 2019 State of Ohio Convention is November 1, to November
3, 2019 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Columbus/Worthington  Hotel.

 

2: The address is;

3: The room rates  are $89 per night plus 17.5  percent tax. So, the total
amount of the room is $104.60 per night. If you are seeking roommates, reach
out to your chapter members; one member would pay one night and you would
pay the other.

 

4: The reservation name is NFB Ohio State Convention.

 

Chartered bus round trip to Columbus and back to Cleveland:

 

Price for round trip is $65.00

Amount to hold your seat is $25.00 by June 21, 2019

The remainder is due by August 16, 2019
