Due to COVID-19, the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) application
deadlines have been extended. The regular HEAP program (yellow application)
deadline has been extended until June 1, 2020. The HEAP Winter Crisis
deadline has been extended until May 1, 2020. Please call 216-664-2239 if
you have questions about HEAP or would like assistance in applying for
either of these programs.
