I believe those incidental fees are tied to paying for the soccer and
basketball stadia and car rental fees also same thing.  Joe and I voted
quite consistently against their building starting with NRG formerly
Reliant and we consistently lost. Google around, read up on Houston hotel
fees then read up on resort fees in Florida and New York.
