[NFBOH-Cleveland] NEED the encouragement

Owen,

 

We understand that the convention is not as we know it. However, this is a great opportunity to learn new skills, meet members across the country and still connect with vendors.

 

Everyone is enjoying and taking time to pop in and out of seminars. Also, it is a great opportunity for those who can not afford it to be a part of something special.

 

Moreover, we are being safe. This virus is a dynamic that I do not want any of my Cleveland or Ohio members to contract. God is good to us that we did not have to cancel what can be a life changing event for someone who need you and us.

 

Please review the code of conduct that I sent to everyone. It speaks about social media. As your President, I do not want any of my members stepping out of the boundaries of the code of conduct. 

 

If you know that you put something inappropriate on Facebook, please take it down. This is a reflection; not only on you, but the entire Ohio Affiliate.

 

If you need to talk, you call us.

First, I want to say I hope I’m not coming accross as complaining and I’m not but I need the encouragement and pep talk that this virtual NFB convention is truly worth it. I posted on Facebook my true feelings about it. I understand the circumstances behind it but it’s just not the same being face to face with other federalists! I do appreciate what NFB is doing to continue with the convention. So far I have been in out the meetings and the exhibit hall! Today is the Krafers Devision and I will make a strong effort to go in and check it out. Again please don’t think I’m complaining or giving up! I’m not!! Also it would be nice to hear from any of the Ohio Chapter even the Cleveland Chapter via phone call or txt to see how I’m doing. Thanks
