The Ohio Board of Pharmacy Rule 4729:5-2-05
<https://www.registerofohio.state.oh.us/rules/search/details/340020>
effective date will be August 23, 2024. The Board of Pharmacy is still
working on designing the public facing webpage that will list all the
pharmacies and what accessibility solutions they will provide for those who
are deaf, blind and limited English proficient.

As a reminder, the Ohio rule does not require pharmacies to provide services
(which are already mandated by ADA, Civil Rights laws, and the Affordable
Care Act) but requires pharmacies to let the Board of Pharmacy know what
services they provide (audible, braille, interpreters, which languages, etc)
so they can make it publicly available and easier for patients to find the
services they need.
