Good Afternoon, Cleveland,

 

It was so great to meet and greet all of the new attendees at the meeting on
Saturday.

 

As recorded, there were 44 participants of Cleveland and five from other
Chapters.

 

The Cleveland Chapter would like to thank Pat for her assistance with the
Zoom Room. In 2025, Cleveland will train members on how to operate it as
well.

 

Reminders:

 

Preregistration ends on Monday, November 4, 2024 at 11:59 AM. To
preregister, go to NFBOhio.ORG/Convention.

 

Reservations also will close at midnight on November 4, 2024. If you have
not made your hotel reservation, call 440-871-6000. Please book your room in
the block "National Federation of the Blind of Ohio" where breakfast is
free. If you are a Hilton member and make your reservation as such, you are
responsible for your own breakfast.

 

Cleveland will attend the Informational Seminar on Thursday, November 14th
from 3 until 6 at the Hotel. The address is 1100 Crocker Road, Westlake Ohio
44145.

Please explain to Paratransit that you are coming to the DoubleTree and not
the Holiday Inn.

 

Cleveland will hold our Christmas party at the same Hotel on December 14,
2024 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The menu and details are to 

come.
