I've made my position on this big ugly bill very clear: it's cruel, reckless, and irresponsible legislation that will make our country poorer, sicker, and more in debt.  

Under this bill,  <https://iqconnect.house.gov/iqextranet/iqClickTrk.aspx?&cid=OH11SB&crop=14128.39981844.5464122.104691&report_id=&redirect=https%3a%2f%2fwww.cbpp.org%2fresearch%2fhealth%2fby-the-numbers-senate-republican-reconciliation-bill-takes-health-coverage-away&redir_log=486697139356817> 17 million Americans will lose their health care and more than 5 million will be at risk of losing SNAP nutrition benefits <https://iqconnect.house.gov/iqextranet/iqClickTrk.aspx?&cid=OH11SB&crop=14128.39981844.5464122.104691&report_id=&redirect=https%3a%2f%2fwww.cbpp.org%2fresearch%2ffood-assistance%2fsenate-agriculture-committees-revised-work-requirement-would-risk-taking&redir_log=811215434132840> . That means that over 43,000 people in our district could lose their health care and over 98,000 people in Ohio could lose SNAP benefits. 

There are also deep cuts to Pell Grants, clean energy programs, and a total ban on funding for Planned Parenthood. This is truly a big ugly bill and there's a lot to get into.
