Good Morning Cleveland,

Please read through to its entirety and respond by 3:00PM today.

//

On Yesterday, the Cleveland Chapter along with a few outside customers of
Paratransit met in the Ohio Zoom Room with Shannon Baldwin, Staff Attorney
from Disability Rights Ohio (DRO). Discussed was the various concerns and
disregard of services for the blind. It was a fruitful discussion and the
result has us in a good position. Miss Baldwin has agreed to be an advocate
representing the Cleveland Chapter.

Although, DRO is working for our good, we are not relying on that as a means
of resolution. Today, I will be filing a charge on behalf of Cleveland's
members, who have provided dates and incidents to send over to the Ohio
Civil Rights Commission (OCRC. If you have any incidents in the last nine
months that you would like for me to document, please email or call me by
2:00PM today. Leave information on my mobile phone if I do not answer.

Again, we must have the date and incident for me to add.

Cleveland Chapter, President

The National Federation of the Blind advances the lives of its members and
all blind people in the United States. We know that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. Our collective power, determination,
and diversity achieve the aspirations of all blind people.
