[NFBOH-Cleveland] Christmas party

Hello Cleveland chapter!

This is a email to update you on the details of the Christmas party. The
party is going to be held at the Nottingham library . The address is 17109
Lakeshore blvd Cleveland, Ohio 44110. The time for the party is from 2pm to
5pm. This is going to be a potluck style meal. We are asking that members
please bring a dish or supplies needed. We are going to try our best to
keep an organized list of who is bringing what. Below is a list of what is
suggested  and needed .The library will not allow warmers in the facility
.please do not bring any food that will need to be warmed. The chapter
really needs your support to create a wonderful meal for the Christmas
party. We have already allocated funds for chicken and sandwiches. those
are items are not needed at this time in order to keep occurrent list ,
please reply to this email , the text thread or call Tomika at
 (216)-820-5404, or Chacity at (216)-644-4374. Games and prizes will be
provided . For all those who want to participate please bring a gift for
the gift exchange with the value of at least $10 .

This is what is suggested and needed .

1. Pasta salad

2. Potato salad

3. Vegetable tray

4. Cheese tray

5. Any dips and crackers

6. Cases of water

7. Paper products

8. Dessert / cookies, and cake

These are just suggestions please help us make this event a success. Those
who are bringing dished we ask that you arrive 15/30 mins early for set up.
