An exciting and joyful announcement from the National Federation of the Blind of Ohio!
We are thrilled to share information about the Marriott at the University of Dayton, our official convention hotel.
This is where the energy, connection, and excitement of our state convention will come alive!
We encourage you to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible, as our hotel block is filling quickly. We absolutely do not want you to miss out on lodging! Please note that the hotel block has already been extended twice, so now is the perfect time to take action and secure your room.
A full description of the hotel will be coming soon.
Stay tuned!

We encourage you to reserve your room right away to ensure availability. And here’s some great news—no funds are deducted until you are on site!
We are also delighted to share that President, Richard Payne and the Board of Directors, are eagerly looking forward to seeing everyone at this year’s convention! We warmly encourage all members to assist our new members in scheduling their hotel reservations and completing the online pre-registration process. Let’s work together to make sure every new member feels welcomed, supported, and empowered.
Chapter and Division Presidents, please take a moment to check in with new members to see if they need assistance and whether they would benefit from being paired with a mentor. William Turner and Jessica Stover, co-chairs of the Membership Committee, are excited to support mentorship opportunities for new members at the convention. If you or someone you know is interested in mentorship support, please reach out to them directly.

We also encourage everyone to take advantage of online pre-registration, consider contributing a door prize or auction basket for the silent auction, and proudly wear your NFB gear as we prepare to welcome our national representative, President, Mark Riccobono!
Thank you for your enthusiasm, your cooperation, and your spirit of community. We cannot wait to see you at the convention. It’s going to be unforgettable!
With excitement,
Suzanne Turner
