1.	Call to Order - President Richard Payne will open the meeting and
welcome attendees.
2.	Roll Call of Board Members - Secretary Annette Lutz will conduct a
roll call to verify attendance.
3.	Approval of November Minutes - Motion to approve the minutes from
the November meeting.
4.	Financial Report - The treasurer will present the financial report
for NFBO.
5.	Chapter and Division Membership Portal Updates - Updates regarding
the membership portal for chapters and divisions.
6.	President Release at Chapter Meetings - Discussion about playing the
president's release at chapter meetings, even when a live release occurs
that month.
7.	Scholarship Committee Report - Kinshuk Tella will provide the
scholarship committee's report.
8.	EIN for Chapters and Divisions - Information and updates regarding
EIN numbers for chapters and divisions.
9.	Chapter, Committee, and Division Reports - Reports from chapters,
committees, and divisions as needed.
10.	Closure of Columbus Speech and Hearing - Discussion on the closure
of the Columbus Speech and Hearing facility.
11.	Reminder of Youth Policy - Reminder and review of the youth policy.
12.	National Convention - Suzanne Turner will provide updates regarding
the national convention.
13.	Kenneth Jernigan Scholarship Application - Information about the
Kenneth Jernigan scholarship application process.
14.	State Convention - Updates from President Payne and Vice President
Suzanne Turner regarding the state convention.
15.	Adjournment - Formal closing of the meeting.
