For those Ohio members who are attending the in-person National Convention,
please read and respond.

Thank you for attending the National Convention in Austin Texas. It is
proving to be a tremendous opportunity and gathering for the blind.

 

As you are aware, business is also at the forefront of raising funds for
affiliates. This is equally true for Ohio. So, I am seeking individuals to
assist at the Ohio Exhibit Table in Austin.

 

Consequently, I sent out the Exhibit List today and Ohio is seated at "table
F21". 

 

Would you be available to assist with staffing the table during the dates
below?

 

If so, please review the agenda, email me and CC President Payne your dates
and times so an ongoing functioning list can be created.

 

Lastly, keep in mind that our Ohio Caucus is on Saturday, July 4, 2026 from
5:00 PM to 6:30 PM CDT.

 

Ohio is in Room 306.

 

Exhibit open hours:

*	Saturday, July 4: 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

*	Sunday, July 5: 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

*	Monday, July 6: noon-1:45 p.m. AND 5:00-9:00 p.m.

Teardown: Monday, July 6, 9:00-10:00 p.m. OR Tuesday, July 7, 8:30-11:00
a.m.
