Suzanne,
Thank you so much for posting this. For those of us who are already dog lovers, we know the special kind of love that dogs can bring to us. But for those who have not yet experienced the love of a dog, take this special day to consider making a dog a part of your life. There are so many wonderful dogs out there who are living in shelters are part of rescue groups that need homes. I even saw an ad yesterday for a rescue group that focuses on dogs with disabilities, particularly those who are blind or deaf. There is a perfect dog out there for everybody. I promise you that if you bring one into your life, you will not regret it.
Annette.

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Everyday we raise the expectations of blind people because we know that low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want, blindness is not what holds you back.

Dear Ohio Puppy Lovers,
Today, March 23, is recognized as Puppy Day—a special occasion dedicated to celebrating the joy, companionship, and unconditional love that puppies bring into our lives.
Puppy Day is more than just a celebration; it is a reminder to appreciate, nurture, and care for our young canine companions. It also raises awareness about the importance of adoption, responsible pet ownership, and providing safe, loving homes for puppies everywhere.
On this day, we encourage all puppy lovers to take a little extra time to create a meaningful and joyful experience for your furry friend. Whether it’s an extra walk, a new toy, a favorite treat, or simply more time spent playing and bonding, these small acts of love make a big difference.
Let today be a celebration of wagging tails, playful energy, and the pure happiness that puppies bring into our lives.
Bow Wow!
