The MOW is pleased to share a presentation centered on a powerful and
reflective theme: "Are You Who You Say You Are?"

This presentation challenges individuals to look inward and define
themselves with honesty and purpose. It emphasizes that our gifts and
talents when nurtured can propel us to the highest levels of our careers.
True success is not accidental; it is built on intentional growth,
discipline, and the willingness to evolve.

 

Join us as we explore this topic with our guests, Anil Lewis, Executive
director of Blindness Initiatives, National Federation of the Blind and
Macaulay Beasley, Director of the Emerge Center for the Blind, as they
expound on how  education, structured training, and rehabilitation were
launchpads that provided them with the skills, confidence, and independence
necessary to navigate the world with clarity and strength. Thus, through
continuous learning and development, a person can evolve into an agile
leader, effective teacher, and impactful mentor, someone who not only
succeeds personally but also uplifts others.
