We actually caught Senator Randi Gardner on his way to President Obhof’s Office and he had time to sit with us for a minute. He was very familiar with HB 309 and would pass along his support to get the bill on the floor for a vote tomorrow. The rules and reference committee meets at 11 AM. We will then know whether it is on the agenda and out for the 1:30 Senate session. At that time, I will send you all an email so you can live stream the session from your computer.
