<p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">We’ve recently completed our <a href="https://click.icptrack.com/icp/relay.php?r=73954801&msgid=936142&act=X7RL&c=345125&destination=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.riderta.com%2Fpillarstudies%23railcar">Rail Car Replacement Study</a>, which is one of five pillar studies that are being conducted to help shape the Authority’s next strategic plan. This evaluation was conducted to help determine the estimated remaining life of each fleet and to compare the benefits of a major rehabilitation versus rail car replacement.</p>
