<p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Greater Cleveland RTA (GCRTA) is committed to providing a safe and healthy riding experience for its riders, which is why we have implemented <a href="https://click.icptrack.com/icp/relay.php?r=73954801&msgid=943863&act=X7RL&c=345125&destination=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.riderta.com%2Fcoronavirus%23whatwearedoing&cf=119565&v=4cee4114ab294c371032f8d620772198a0f4289c95893394926f3a7208319db3">cleaning and disinfecting protocols as well as other safety measures</a> to keep riders and staff safe.<br>

As part of our commitment, GCRTA has signed the American Public Transportation Association's (APTA) <a href="https://click.icptrack.com/icp/relay.php?r=73954801&msgid=943863&act=X7RL&c=345125&destination=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.apta.com%2Fcovid-19-resource-hub%2Fhealth-safety-commitments-program%2F&cf=119565&v=b096b2ee06ddd5550744ab7540066201d9abed7f787d5024e098abe09cf1ae71">Health & Safety Commitments Program</a>. This program was established to protect riders and employees in order for public transportation to continue delivering safe and valuable services to the communities they serve.<br>

For the safety of our staff and riders, we kindly ask that if you are experiencing any <a href="https://click.icptrack.com/icp/relay.php?r=73954801&msgid=943863&act=X7RL&c=345125&destination=https%3A%2F%2Fcoronavirus.ohio.gov%2Fwps%2Fportal%2Fgov%2Fcovid-19%2Ffamilies-and-individuals%2Fhow-you-can-prevent-and-prepare%2FCOVID-19-Symptoms-Infographic&cf=119565&v=4d224d74bdca504902e44da5ec554bf313c63088a301d4266ee4ffbadc0d4fc1">symptoms of COVID-19</a> to please refrain from riding.<br>

When you are riding, we ask that you continue to:</p>

<li>wash your hands or sanitize frequently,</li>
<li>practice physical distancing when able, and</li>

<p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">In September, we launched our <a href="https://click.icptrack.com/icp/relay.php?r=73954801&msgid=943863&act=X7RL&c=345125&destination=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.riderta.com%2Fhomeworkhotspot&cf=119565&v=05f85a1d0728e5778f86d55d9641659116980fe55177a34438c4ec9c69620342">WiFi Homework Hotspots</a> program to aid in closing the digital divide. The program enables students to utilize GCRTA's free WiFi to access the internet in order to download or turn-in assignments as well as communicate with their teachers and fellow classmates. GCRTA's free WiFi is available on 350 buses, 74 trains and at six transit centers, with three more transit centers coming soon!</p>

If you can’t make a live meeting, the information will be available to view 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the website.<br>
