These resolutions are designed to enhance your life, deepen your connection to our mission, and strengthen your role within our organization and community.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>During our chapter meetings, we will take time to discuss these resolutions. Unlike a goal, which focuses on an outcome, a resolution emphasizes commitment, discipline, and daily practice. When embraced weekly, resolutions become stepping stones that shape habits, build confidence, and create meaningful transformation over time.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>The Power of Weekly Self-Reflection<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>Engaging in a weekly regiment of self-reflection allows you to pause, evaluate your progress, and realign with your purpose. It creates space to celebrate successes, learn from challenges, and make adjustments that keep you moving forward. Over time, this practice strengthens self-awareness, resilience, and personal accountability.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>Empowerment, Upliftment, and Self-Direction<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>- Empowerment is the process of gaining the confidence, knowledge, and strength to take control of your life and decisions. It means recognizing your abilities and using them to create opportunities for yourself and others.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>- Upliftment is the act of encouraging and supporting one another. When we uplift each other, we build a culture of positivity, inclusion, and shared success.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>- Self-direction is the ability to guide your own path with intention and purpose. It requires discipline, clarity, and a commitment to continuous growth.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>Together, these principles create a foundation for strong leadership and meaningful community impact.
