Keep up the great work on e-mailing and calling regarding HB 1861. Call or
e-mail your legislator and let them know that you oppose HB 1861 and want
them to vote NO when it hits the floor! The parallel legislation on the
Sentr side is S 733. Call or e-mail your Senator and let them know that you
oppose this as well!

We also found out about 15 minutes ago that HB 2230, the Tulsa Jail
commissary bill, is alive again. The legislature waived the rule that
required HB 2230 to have a Senate author by last week's deadline. Sen.
Anthony Sykes is now the author. (405) 521-5569 or lewis at oksenate.gov

information.

Keep up the good fight!

Best,

Jeannie

Live the life you want!

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day, we raise
expectations of the blind because low expectations create obstacles between
blind people and our dreams. Blindness is not what holds you back. You can
live the life you want.!.
