[NFBOK-Talk] Action Required for Dietary Preferences/Meal Requests by Thursday, March 26

Dear Members,

This is an important and time-sensitive request regarding meal planning for the upcoming National Federation of the Blind of Oklahoma State Convention.

All dietary preferences and restrictions must be submitted to me no later than Thursday, March 26.

Requests received after this deadline cannot be guaranteed accommodation due to catering requirements and advance planning timelines.

Please review and respond with the following information:

  1.  Banquet Dinner
Indicate if you require a vegetarian meal option


  1.  Boxed Lunches for Friday and Saturday
Indicate if you require or prefer any of the following:
Vegetarian option and/or Gluten-free option

Please reply directly to this email with your selections.
