Attention, Members,

This is an urgent, time-sensitive and final request regarding meal planning for the upcoming National Federation of the Blind of Oklahoma State Convention.

Currently, I have received 0 dietary requests. This is a final notice that all dietary preferences and restrictions must be submitted to me no later than tomorrow.

Requests received after this deadline cannot be guaranteed accommodation due to catering requirements and advance planning timelines.

Please review and respond with the following information:

  1.  Banquet Dinner
Indicate if you require a vegetarian meal option


  1.  Boxed Lunches for Friday and Saturday
Indicate if you require or prefer any of the following:
Vegetarian option and/or Gluten-free option

Please reply directly to this email with your selections.

If you do not respond with your dietary preference or restriction, then no dietary preference or restriction will be made. Thank you for your attention to this matter .
