<pre>Hello and happy new year.
I hope you all had a fantastic holiday season. This is a reminder that the Central Oklahoma Chapter of NFBOK will be meeting on Friday, January 8, 2016 at 7 PM at the home of Mark and Nedra Ruth. We will be working on plans for the annual chili supper to be held on February 27. I will have tickets and flyers available for everyone to take. We will be awarding our Elmer Wright Memorial Scholarship at the chili supper. We are still accepting applications. I have included the application as an attachment. If you are a student, or know a deserving blind student, please apply and encourage others to do so.
It is also time to collect annual membership dues. Dues are $10 per person and must be paid in order to vote or hold office. Dues can be given to our Treasurer, Glenda Farnum, at the meeting.
As usual, we will have transportation to the meeting available to those living in the OKC metro area for a cost of $15. Please contact me to reserve a spot.
