Blind students, residing in Oklahoma who will be enrolled in a post secondary education program during the 2017-2018 academic year are eligible to apply. Applications are due on March 17, 2017. The scholarship recipient will receive $1000 for educational expenses and hotel and registration expenses to attend the State Convention of the National Federation of the Blind Oklahoma to be held from April 7 to 9, 2017 in Oklahoma City.
