The scholarships are open to legally blind college students in Oklahoma. The deadline for the application and all supporting documents is Friday, March 15, 2019. In addition to 1 of 2 cash scholarships, finalists will receive hotel and registration to the 2019 NFB Oklahoma State Convention to be held in Oklahoma City from March 29-31, 2019.
