Agreed, if we’re able to make a flyer that listed, this is eligible for in person, dining, drive-through, as well as online order pick ups through the Panera app. It might be beneficial.

As it does have a wide enough array to allow for individuals as well as families to participate.

The only sales that will be excluded and ineligible for this fundraiser according to my research are gift card sales, catering orders, and third-party delivery orders.

I agree, this wide of range of possible avenues for someone to order and to be eligible towards the fundraising event does increases our odds of a big payout from Panera.

Sounds good! This makes the fundraiser accessible for families and may boost our odds of raising more funds as it isn’t just dine-in. 

Understandable with the aspects for the nonprofit and or the 5013C status needing to be needed. Hopefully, everything goes smoothly with that process

This fundraiser is good for dine in orders, online orders, in café orders, drive through orders, pickup orders, and delivery orders. But it can only be through a specific Panera location, in our case it will be the Wyomissing location on Papermill Road.

Since it states that it has to be for a tax exempt organization, we will have to flow the funds through the affiliate treasury and then request the funds granted back to the chapter.

This is because the state affiliate is the 501c3 tax exempt nonprofit organization and we are an associated organization under the state affiliate.

If it requires a copy of the affiliate’s 501c3 certificate and/or tax exempt certificate, I will need to request the current copy of each from affiliate president Lynn Heitz.

This looks like a good idea in terms of a fundraiser, I haven’t seen many Panera fundraisers within Berks County. So this might be an option. As it’s a more grabbing go type of fundraiser while it also has that substance that other restaurants or locations might not offer, example could be  yogurt or ice cream. 

This is also a good option for mothers or fathers who are leaving softball practice for example and just wants to grab a sandwich for the mother wants their caffeine because it’s been a long day and I know they got coffee. So it’s truly a wrap around where it’s offering the kids something to eat, offering something for the mother or father to have. Another good selling point is Panera can be seen as a healthy alternative compared to McDonald’s, which is usually the grab and go specialty. We could also see a Panera would allow for their online order pick ups, cause I might also be beneficial for some mothers and fathers.
