Yesterday, a new program was announced to speed up pardons for people whose
ONLY crimes, ever, anywhere, were in Pennsylvania for:


Possession of Marijuana (Title 35 Section 780-113 Subsection A31)

Marijuana, Small Amount Personal Use (Title 35 Section 780-113 Subsection
A31I)


If you or anyone you know has one or more convictions for either of those
offenses AND NO OTHER CONVICTIONS, please go to this website where we
