[NFBP-Erie] Exhibit Hall Table at National Convention in Orlando

Hey there, Convention-attending PA Federationists,

We are a little more than a week away from the start of the 2024 National Convention in Orlando! Are you getting excited?

I am creating a schedule for our Exhibit Hall table. I am looking for everyone to work a two-hour shift (and if you are receiving support from the affiliate to attend the convention, it is one of the requirements of said support.) The table will have two workers per shift.

The hours of the Exhibit Hall are Thursday, July 4, from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Friday, July 5, from 9 AM to 5 PM. And on Saturday, July 6, from noon to 1:45 PM and 5 PM to 9 PM. Thus far, Lynn and Ray have filled the Friday night shift. Yes, they’re working a “double.” Also, the 11 AM to 1 PM shifts on July 4 is filled. Eliz and I are taking the 9- to 11 AM shift on July 4. Everything else is open!

Look at the agenda and see when you can put in a shift. Please email me at VP1 at nfbofpa.org <mailto:VP1 at nfbofpa.org> with the subject line of Exhibit Hall Table Hours. In the email, give me three dates and times you can work in order of preference. Please also include your mobile number and email address in the body of the email. Please do not reply to this email on the list serve. If I can’t honor any of your requests, I’ll reach out to see what else might work for you.

Please get your dates and times to me by noon on July 1 so I can complete a schedule before we head south.

I appreciate your help with the Exhibit Hall table and look forward to seeing you in Florida!
