Jigsaw Chapter Meeting Minutes

Saturday, October,1, 2022

The meeting was called to order at 10:07 am, by President, Dave Miller.  

Present were 10 members:  President Dave Miller,  Vice President Chris
Westbrook, Secretary, Alta St. Louis, Christine Callahan, Brian Mackey,
Frank Beam, Rob Sarabaugh, Tom Supers, Catherine Clegg, Preston Gaylor.

  

ROUND TABLE

 Chris mentioned going to state convention, everything is good.

Alta mentioned everything is good.

Brian mentioned prepping for his fathers retirement party, and work is
seasonally busy.

Christine mentioned everything is good, weather is cool getting wind and
rain.

Frank mentioned everything is good, had a cold but now better.

Tom mentioned doing good, went to a camp which was good.

Rob stated his birthday is on Tuesday and he is also traveling to Florida.
Happy Birthday to Rob!

Dave mentioned nothing is new, will visit parents and go grocery shopping.

Preston mentioned he will attend state convention, he also attended a job
fair.

Catherine mentioned she would like to attend state convention a bit nervous
of covid.

 

OLD BUSINESS

Dave stated State Convention registration at the discounted price ended
yesterday however, members can still register till October 19th, the price
is now $25.  Also, member have till October 10th to lock in discounted hotel
rate.

The Jigsaw November meeting will be on a Friday, November 11, at 2 pm in
person.  Dave is working on a Zoom and phone option for members that can not
attend State Convention.

 

NEW BUSINESS

Zoom and phone option to be decided for November meeting Friday, November 11
at 2 pm.

 

PRESIDENTIAL RELEASE

Presidential release tonight at 5 pm, members are encouraged to listen on
their own.

 

Next Meeting, Friday, November 11, at 2:00 pm.
