The Keystone Chapter presents the 4th Annual Believe You Can! The talent show for blind and visually impaired performers will occur on October 14, 2023, at 8:00 PM EDT!

Here is the description:
The majority of the flyer has a red background. On the top and centered is a banner that reads, “4th Annual.” On both sides of the flyer near the top are two stage lights, one on each side. The lights themselves are black and glow yellow. In the middle of the light fixtures are the words “National Federation of the Blind of Pennsylvania” in two lines with the words Keystone Chapter below that in a larger size and the word Presents below that. The text is white. The middle of the flyer contains several elements. From left to right: there is a silhouette of a male singer facing right, pointing to the center of the flyer. There is a large yellow circle in the middle of the page that is partially behind him. The yellow circle is the spotlight from the two lights above. In the spotlight is the BYC23 logo with musical notes near the edge of the spotlight at 9 o’clock, 4 o’clock and 1 o’clock. The notes are in white. On the right side of the middle section is a silhouette of a female singer facing left with a mic in her hand. The spotlight is partially behind her.
