This is the schedule we all worked together on. With your requests and advice, I have arranged the room usage and time. Nothing has changed from when I sent it two weeks ago. I am waiting to hear from Dr. Rancher, and Lynn will not send me the Saturday and Sunday schedules.</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">Lynn has also decided that if Dr. Rancher does not come in person, instead of taking the demo out of the exhibit hall, she is going to put her BBVS presentation in again. Also, remember, as I stated in the other email, Passle informed both Connie and I that she could not commit to anything until possibly the week of convention. With that said, she is not on the attached schedule, and if she is available, she will go in with Connie on her time slot Friday afternoon.</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">I do not know when Lynn will send over any further information or if she has made any changes to our working schedule. Therefore, we can only collect volunteer data at this time, we do not have anything for online or an electronic documents. I have stopped creating blurbs. It is unclear how having to wait for the final document will affect working documents and room arrangements at this time.</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">There is a convention zoom room created, that will be running in the Garden Atrium.</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">We have the menu for the Marriott Starbucks Bistro done, and the hotel stated that the Hilton menu is being redone, they should have the document to us by next week. </div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">The meal ticket templates are created, and we are working on some of the registration packets. New this year, we are testing another tactile option on the Braille portion of the meal tickets for those who are blind and cannot read braille yet. This will simply consist of Braille dots in the upper left corner of the meal ticket. Essentially one dot or a letter a, will mean Thursday lunch, two dots above and below, essentially a letter b, will mean Thursday dinner, two letter a's will be Friday lunch, two letter b's will be Friday dinner, three a's will be Saturday lunch and 3 b's Saturday dinne, nothing is Sunday breaktfast. Obviously the people still learning braille may not know them as the letters, but the tactile indication in the corner will help identify it. If it is not well received, you can go back to doing it the old way.</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">We have created a convention ad form for those vendors or even individuals that would be interested in purchasing ad space, to be online with links. I cannot thank David enough for all of his help with these web forms.</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">I want to thank all of you for all of your h elp, and those who have already sent me their basket descriptions. </div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">Also, I'd like to that Pam and the merchants division for passing a motion to purchase coffee urns for the state affiliate, which can be used in the hospitality suites.</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">Thank you for your patience and understanding.
