<p>Hey there PA Federationists!</p>
<p>This week's Federation Focus was delayed by five hours do to technical difficulties. I try to have the video out by noon on Mondays. This one dropped at 5 PM Monday. The issue is very evident. See if you can spot where the issue occurred. Comment on the video the first two words I say after the problem.</p>
