The Gold Standard of Local Chapters Arrives on The Web

A presents on the virtual web is a great fit for an already
established organization in the San Antonio area.

The National Federation of The Blind San Antonio Chapter will
officially launch their Web site on September 19 of this month. The
NFB works hard locally and nationally to make sure that blind
individuals have the same opportunities that all Americans have in
this country. The organization promotes self independence through
different programs for the blind that deal with teaching Braille,
travel skills and much more. The chapter has been around for 2 years,
and in those years they have worked hard to bring the presents of the
NFB to the local area by working with local blindness related
organizations as well as fundraising with local businesses.

“Our Web site will allow individuals to keep up with chapter meeting
and events as well as find out of other important resources available
around the San Antonio area,” President Jose Martinez Said.
