[Nfbsatx] Update on Plate Sell

Hello All:

This past Saturday, the NFB chapter held there first ever plate sell,
and thanks to all the individuals who came and helped out, it was a
very successful event.

Thanks to this tremendous success, We are delighted to announce that
for the first time ever, we will be able to assist chapter members who
require it with registration at convention.

Again, thank you all who took the time and put in the extra effert to
make this event a memorable one!
