[Nfbsatx] Low Vision Walk

The board was asked, and we all agreed and voted because we felt that
it was a great opportunity to show people that the NFB is here and to
get the word out about the chapter. I understand the philosophies are
different, but it is important to support and be involved in community
events for us at this point. We have to show our philosophy in action,
not just talk about it. So there was a vote Jim, but if you mean that
all the chapter members should vote on things like this, then I will
make sure that happens. Thank you for being respectful in your
response.
