[Nfbsatx] Plate Sell Information. NFB Fundraiser

The National Federation of The Blind San Antonio Chapter is hosting a
plate sell on Saturday June 26, to raise funds for the Imagination
fund Race for Independence.

The Race for Independence supports the education, technology, and
research projects of the NFB Jernigan Institute, as well as programs
conducted by the fifty-two affiliates and over seven hundred local
chapters of the Federation. This year’s Race for Independence will
also bring public attention to the need for full and equal access for
blind Americans to modern technology, in everything from home
appliances to automobiles.

The date will be Saturday June 26. And the plate sell will be held at
the gym of the East Central Assembly of God.

The time will be from, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The price will be 5 dollars per plate. The plates will include Chicken
and Sausage with beans and rice.
