[Nfbsatx] Charter Bus for state convention

Good Evening,

This letter is to announce that the San Antonio Chapter will be
providing a charter bus for all individuals interested in going to
this year’s state convention. The cost of a round trip ticket is 75
dollars, more than 100 dollars less than a Grey Hound ticket and more
than 200 dollars less than if you were going to take a flight up to
Abilene. The bus will be leaving at 10:00 am on Friday October 22.

Interested individuals must come to the meeting and turn in there
money at the next chapter meeting on Saturday September 18, in order
to ensure there seat on the bus. If you have any questions, make sure
to let me know as soon as possible. More details will be released
soon.

Dear Fellow Texans:
 The long-awaited information about state convention is now here!  We
are pleased to announce that this year's convention will be held in
Abilene from October 22-24 at the Hilton Garden Inn.  Room rates are
$75 for singles and doubles and $95 triples and quads.  A continental
breakfast (Muffins, oatmeal, waffles, toast, fresh fruit, etc.) is
included.  A made-to-order breakfast is only $7.95 extra.
The Hotel is located at 4449 Ridgemont Drive, Abilene, 79606.

 Please make reservations as soon as possible by contacting the hotel.
 Our block of rooms will be released on September 22, and after that
date the rates will no longer be available!   You can call (325)
690-6432 or coming soon, there will be a link where you will be able
to make reservations on-line.
There are all kinds of things within walking distance--restaurants, a
mall, stores.
