The following is a link to a very basic, stripped down membership form
everybody must fill out if they are planning on voting for board
members at the January 2021 meeting.
Please note: we are not charging dues for the coming year due to
Covid19 (donations are always welcome) but you need to complete this
form to be considered a current member.
